Builder Process
What you can expect from the professionals at Dirtwirx
Step-1 Initial Contact Is Made
First, you’ll contact us via the form on our website or by calling directly. We’ll chat a bit about your project and the kind of work you’re looking to hire us for. This helps give us an idea of schedules, estimates and other variables.
Step-2 Vendor Package Is Completed
You will then complete the vendor package, which consists of at least two forms: a certificate of general liability and a W-9 form. You can download both from our website to get started. We will let you know if we require other paperwork before working on your project.
Step-3 Project Requirements Are Provided
You’ll provide us with a complete breakdown of the work you require, when you need it to be finished, the address where the work is to be performed, and other pertinent details. This will help us prepare for the site visit.
Step-4 Site Is Visited
We’ll set up a time to visit the site where the work will be performed. We’ll check out the scope of the work and determine what equipment will be needed, how many team members will be required and how much time it will take to complete the project.
Step-5 Complete Line-Item Estimate Is Prepared
With all of the information from the site visit in hand, we will prepare a complete line-item estimate, a rare treat in this industry but one that we know is essential to our clients’ peace of mind. You’ll be able to see a complete breakdown of the work we will be doing and all of the associated costs before accepting the estimate.
Step-6 Work Is Scheduled
Once the estimate is accepted, we will add your project to our schedule. We strive to attend to each of our clients’ projects as soon as possible. If you do have to wait a bit, rest assured that your project will receive attentive, quality workmanship once we have the pleasure of starting.
Step-7 Work Is Completed
Our crews will get to work and do what they do best. Before you know it, our work will be complete and your property will be transformed—for the better, of course.
Step-8 Invoice Is Sent
Last but not least, the invoice will be sent and payment will be received. Another successful project and another happy client!
We believe in full transparency from start to finish, which is why we’re pleased to share our process with you up-front. As our detailed line-item estimate demonstrates as well, we fully believe in keeping you informed about the state of your project, no matter how large or small, every step of the way. Surprises are best left for birthday parties, don’t you agree?
